The site, which has been owned by the same family since the 1950s, has a guide price of £500,000. The auction will take place on 21 June at Clifton House, Cambridge.
■ A Grade II-listed Georgian country home is one of the properties on offer from SDL Auctions Graham Penny at its auction at King Power Stadium in Leicester on 23 June.
