The highest-value lot in Cheffins’ next sale is a 0.5-acre site in Ipswich, Suffolk that was formerly the distribution depot of a local fruit- and vegetable-packing business, and now has an allocation for up to 18 homes. The site, which has been owned by the same family since the 1950s, has a guide price of £500,000. The auction will take place on 21 June at Clifton House, Cambridge.

A Grade II-listed Georgian country home is one of the properties on offer from SDL Auctions Graham Penny at its auction at King Power Stadium in Leicester on 23 June. The property includes a two-storey hay barn on a one-acre plot not far from to Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, which comes with a guide price of £325,000-plus. SDL is offering 21 lots at the sale.

Fox & Sons is to offer a three-floor property in Southampton, Hampshire, with permission for 14 flats. The vacant building has a retail unit on the ground floor and is guided at £650,000-plus. The sale will take place 22 June at the Macdonald Botley Park Hotel, Southampton.

Some 222 lots are on offer at Barnard Marcus’s sale on 20 June, including a property in Hampstead, NW3, guided at £3m-£3.25m. The building, comprising six flats, has development potential subject to planning. The sale will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2.

A development site in Loughborough town centre will be offered at Shonki Brothers’ sale on 21 June guided at £250,000-plus. The site has consent for a three-storey, 8,000 sq ft scheme with a ground floor shop. The auction will take place at Leicester Race Course.
