Commercial estate agents are feeling good and the feel-goodfactor is spread across the regions. Agents in central London,Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Southampton are doingwell.
Yorkshire-based Dacre Son & Hartley is making progress towards its management buy-out from Abbey National a year ago. Its fee income for the first 10 months of this year is 50% ahead of 1995. Profits are ahead of budget too. The company is looking to expand into Leeds.
