The Sunday Telegraph claims Moscow has the highest office rents after London following a 60% jump in the cost of commercial space close to Red Square as the oil-fuelled stock market has boomed.
Moscow, Europe’s largest city by population, has only 12m sq m of office space compared with 3m sq m in London.
