Asset and property management service provider CompassRock International has appointed Grace Morgan as a director.
Morgan has joined CompassRock from Integral, where she supported the team as divisional client sourcing lead, working on commercial and procurement strategies to facilitate the delivery of rental sector client contracts.
She is also a director at Highbury Stadium Square and was principal consultant at Fjeld Consulting, prior to which she was head of procurement at Greystar and iQ Student Accommodation.
The appointment is part of CompassRock’s strategy to grow its presence in the UK.
Bringing together experience from both sides of the Atlantic, the company provides strategic solutions to mitigate risk, diminish learning curves and optimise investment values for its clients.
Dominic Martin, managing director of CompassRock International, said: “Grace’s extensive experience of creating value for commercial, build-to-rent, private rented sector and purpose-built student accommodation clients is ideally suited to CompassRock’s mission to provide asset management and property management services to the rental housing sectors globally.”
