House builder Crest Nicholson has posted a 7% year-on-year rise in completions in six months of trading to the end of April 2016.
The company completed 1,206 units over the period.
Total forwards sales including PRS schemes were up year-on-year by 22% to £409m or 10% by unit volume to 1,965.
The company acquired nine sites for its land bank over the period with the potential for 1,016 plots and a gross development value of £416m.
