City fringe agency Compton has promoted one of its sales and leasing team to director level.
Josh Perlmutter has been promoted after almost two years and a half years at the company as an associate director.
Perlmutter has been involved in deals including the sale of the freehold of 2,518 sq ft 70 Upper Street, N1, to a professional footballer and the prelet of 18,644 sq ft at RE Capital’s Ragged School Building, EC1, in Farringdon to a global automotive brand.
Prior to joining the agency, he spent eight years as a director at Richard Susskind.
