An Ivanhoé Cambridge, Greycoat and Freo consortium are on the cusp of completing a £160m deal to buy the whole of Minster Court, EC3.
The consortium is under offer to buy the 50% stake owned by Santander and the 50% owned by Paribus and is planning a major refurbishment of the 280,000 sq ft building.
Savills was instructed to sell Santander’s stake for around £70m late last year. However, the consortium has managed to consolidate the ownerships of the iconic building for the first time.
