Consortium to sell £84m PBSA regional portfolio

Investors Maven Capital, IP Investment Management and Glenmore Group are selling a portfolio of three student accommodation schemes in Durham, Southampton and Exeter for £84.1m.

The owners have appointed Knight Frank to sell the Trium portfolio of 619 student beds.

Duresme Court in Durham has 276 studios across nine blocks and West Gate in Exeter has a further 98 beds. In Southampton, Stanley Studios is a 254-bed scheme set to open for this academic year.

Rachel Pengilley, partner in the student property team at Knight Frank, said: “The Trium Portfolio provides an excellent opportunity to secure three best-in-class schemes with exceptional amenity provision.

“Each of the properties occupies a prime micro-location within its respective student market; we believe this will make the portfolio highly compelling for a range of investors.”
