Information commissioner Elizabeth Denham has reopened the file on construction industry blacklisting amid concerns it could still be going on.
The practice was deeply concerning and there are some follow-up plans, Denham said, adding she thought the practice was something we have to be alert to checking, to ensure it has stopped.
