Consultancy Gleeds picks new London HQ

Construction consultancy Gleeds has chosen Schroders Capital and Berners-Allsopp’s 60 Berners Street, W1, for its new headquarters.

The firm will take 13,000 sq ft in the new building, the lower ground, ground and fifth floors, with the lower ground floor to be used as a multi-purpose event space.

According to EG Radius data, space on the fifth floor has previously let for £115 per sq ft.

Gleeds will leave its 95 New Cavendish Street HQ, where it has been based for two decades

Chairman Richard Steer said: “We’re looking forward immensely to the transition to our new global headquarters and marking a new and exciting chapter for our London office.
