Business risk consultancy Control Risks has taken 31,000 sq ft on the 51,700 sq ft fourth floor of St Martins’ Cotton Centre, SE1.
It is paying £32.50 for a 10-year lease, with 20 months rent-free.
Data management company Iron Mountain is under offer for 11,500 sq ft on the ground floor, at a rent believed to be just under £30 per sq ft.
Morgan Pepper and Lambert Smith Hampton are advising St Martins.
