WEEKEND PAPERS: Austrian businessman Thomas Roeggla has agreed the purchase of the Mount Wolseley hotel, spa and golf resort in Tullow, Co. Carlow, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The agreed price is said to be close to the asking price of €14.25m.
Tetrarch Capital paid €7.5m for the property in 2014.
