Conygar Investment Company has instructed Deloitte to sell the majority of its property holdings in an £87m mixed-use portfolio.
The Coppice portfolio covers 25 properties, including 12 offices, 10 multi-let industrials and three retail properties covering nearly 1m sq ft.
Coppice generates a £7.5m rent roll from its 69 tenants, with the guide price reflecting a yield of 8.2%.
Funds from the sale are expected to go towards future development opportunities and acquisitions.
