Corbett Northam has recruited West End agent Stephen Peers, formerly a partner and head of transactions at Deloitte Real Estate.
He will join the agency in September where his role will include delivering occupier, development and leasing advice.
Corbett Northam was established by former JLL directors Damian Corbett and Chris Northam in 2017.
Corbett said: “This is a natural evolution of our business. Stephen is a respected and senior adviser with more than 20 years’ experience advising on the occupational markets in London. He has a strong track record of working with landlords, including major developments and lettings.”
Career highlights include advising Derwent London on its pre-leasing of the office space at Copyright Building to Capita, which spans around 87,000 sq ft. He has also acted for occupiers such as BDO at 55 Baker Street and Mars in Paddington.
Northam added: “Our business was founded on the ethos of providing truly independent and considered advice to our clients utilising our extensive experience of the central London market gained through a number of cycles. Stephen shares these ideals and will be a good fit within our partnership as well as broadening our service offer.”
