Town Centre Securities has sold 33 Bothwell Street in Glasgow’s prime office core to Cordatus Real Estate for £6.98m – a 6.62% yield.
The 27,375 sq ft, six-storey office building is within Glasgow’s international financial services district.
Tenants include Starbucks, Chase Devere IFA Group, Turner & Townsend Group and Lambert Smith Hampton, generating rents of £484,873 pa.
