Cordatus Real Estate has announced a further £15m of acquisitions within the Cordatus Property Trust.
Cordatus has acquired Avenue House, Belfast, a 21,500 sq ft office building with ground floor retail, and 5 Rise Shopping Centre, Bingley, with approximately 63,500 sq ft of retail space and around 20 shops.
The deals follow closely behind £7m of assets acquired in April through properties in Bristol and Harrow, Middlesex.
Investments to date have included a mix of office, retail and industrial assets in locations around the UK.
