Cordea Savills has bought 9 Bond Court in Leeds from F&C REIT for £12m – an 8.7% yield.
The 68,000 sq ft office is multi-let to a number of professional firms including Knight Frank, Lambert Smith Hampton and Begbies Traynor.
Savills represented Cordea Savills; Knight Frank acted for F&C REIT.
All parties declined to comment.
