Cordless Consultants is taking space at 2 Queen Anne’s Gate Buildings on Dartmouth Street, SW1, for its central London headquarters.
The consultancy is relocating from its parent Cordless Group’s HQ in Teddington, where it will keep some staff.
It is taking 842 sq ft on a five-year lease at £25 per sq ft. There is a break at year three, and rent-free periods of seven months initially, and two months at year four.

These offices give the firm the opportunity to accommodate its growing team in a streamlined and compact space, while getting a St James’s address at a very competitive rent.”
