Cornerstone has appointed Jorge Duarte from AXA Real Estate as director of fund management for Europe.
Duarte has worked as a pan-European fund manager at AXA for five years, and was responsible for a value-add fund launched in 2006 as one of six funds.
At Cornerstone he will be responsible for pan-European fund deployment and fundraising.
Cornerstone Europe chief executive Charles Weeks said: “As an organisation, we remain committed and focused on creating and delivering value for our investors and clients, and Jorge’s on-the-ground knowledge and past successes will play an integral part in this.”
