Construction services company ISG has signed for the six floor of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers 40 Gracechurch Street, EC3.
The firm has taken 12,718 sq ft on an 11-year lease paying £55 per sq ft.
The deal brings occupancy at the City building to around 90%.
Ian Mayhew, director, UK asset management at Cornerstone Europe said: “We have seen a high demand for space from a diverse range of occupiers which is testament to the building’s quality and its prime location.”
GM Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
