Cornhill Insurance have paid £3.5m for the freehold of Bush Industrial Estate at 13-39 Standard Road, Park Royal, NW10.
The 63,000-sq ft estate has a current rent role of £214,000 pa. This equates to £3.40 per sq ft. Substantial reversions will occur before the end of 1991.
The estate consists of six units, ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 32,000 sq ft. Tenants include Lucas Industries, Park Royal Parcels and Marble & Granite Trading Co. Skinners represented Cornhill, and Hillier Parker acted for the vendor, an unnamed pension fund.
