Henry Boot Developments and Inox Group have secured outline planning consent for a major mixed-use redevelopment in Truro, Cornwall, that includes a stadium for Cornish Pirates Rugby Club.
The West Langarth project includes a 120,000 sq ft retail centre, 130 homes, sports pitches and community buildings. The 10,000-capacity stadium will be able to host multiple sports.
DPP advised the joint venture on planning.
