Restormel Council has granted planning permission to The Queenswood Group for the Retallack Surfside resort at St Columb Major, Cornwall.
The 100-acre resort will include 124 holiday cottages, 100 flats, an artificial sandy beach and a pool complete with waves of up to 9 ft.
