Corpus Sireo buys care home

Corpus Sireo has acquired a retirement home in Neukirchen-Vluyn, North Rhine Westphalia, from German developer ESM Bauträger- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft based in Schwalmtal.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

The current tenant at the property is the German carpe diem society, an operator of social care facilities. The retirement home was built in 2009 and acquired for the Corpus Sireo Health Care Fonds II. The facility provides 85 beds as well as eleven units for assisted living in net floorspace of 5,084 m2. Currently the property is fully occupied.

Corpus Sireo fund manager Marc-Philipp Martins Kuenzel said: “The retirement home in Neukirchen-Vluyn is a big gain for the Corpus Sireo Health Care Fonds II. We are happy to have successfully closed the deal.”

ESM Bauträger- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft was represented by RIAG.
