Corpus Sireo’s Luxembourg vehicle has acquired a care home in Neustadt am Rübenberge near Hanover.
The property, Seniorenresidenz am Wölper Ring, was sold by Bremen-based company VIT GmbH and is let to a subsidiary of Silver Care Holding, Seniorenresidenz Wölper Ring.
Built in 2008, the retirement residence comprises 90 single and 20 double-occupancy rooms over 5,200 m2. It is currently 97% occupied.
Corpus Sireo acquired the care home on behalf of the institutional Corpus Sireo Health Care Fonds II. The transaction brings the fund’s care home portfolio up to four properties.
