German firm Corpus Sireo has begun a collaboration with the US-based property consultancy Ostendorf-Morris.
The joint venture will manage the portfolio mandates of Treureal, which CS recently acquired.
Corpus Sireo, which is based at Heusenstamm near Frankfurt, will provide services for properties in Germany, Austria and Switzerland while Ostendorf-Morris will be responsible for the non-German speaking countries. The US company has also agreed to collaborate internationally in the acquisition of new corporate mandates.
Ostendorf-Morris executive managing director David P O’Neill said: “Both in the United States and in the European core regions, there is a rising demand for corporate real estate services, with companies requesting anything from transaction handling to letting, and from asset and portfolio management all the way to project development and technical consultancy.
“By teaming up with Corpus Sireo we have formed a powerful alliance in this sector, and so we take a long-term view of this collaboration.”
