Cosmetics retailer Space NK has agreed a 10-year lease at Manchester Arndale, boosting the shopping centre’s beauty offering.
The firm has taken 3,313 sq ft of space and will provide skincare products, cosmetics and other items from over 130 brands.
Manchester Arndale joint asset managers Global Mutual and M&G Real Estate have also secured new lease agreements with Timberland and Jack & Jones, who have signed new five-year terms for their respective shops.
The asset managers are now in talks with retailers over remaining space at Manchester Arndale.
Metis Real Estate and Time Retail Partners are the centre’s retained letting agents. Green & Partners act as retained lease advisory agents.
