Struggling construction company Costain will tomorrow face angry shareholders for the second time in two weeks when the accident-prone company hosts yet another EGM.
The meeting will decide whether to issue new shares to Indonesian industrialist Hendri Luhur and Middle Eastern investor Kharafi & Sons.
