Cote opens in Blackheath

French brassiere chain Cote has acquired its 36th restaurant in the UK, at Blackheath Village, SE3.

Cote has agreed to open 3,000 sq ft on Royal Parade on a 20-year lease. It will pay the private landlord a £110,000 pa rent. The restaurant is currently trading as Fistik.

Nick Weir, director at Shelley Sandzer, which advised Cote, said: “Blackheath is an extremely affluent catchment area, and over the years it has been increasingly competitive to secure restaurant premises. We acted quickly to secure Fistik when we heard of its availability, and I am sure this will be an excellent addition to the Cote estate.”

Acucura represented the landlord.
