Leisure and retail property specialist EJ Hales has let a two-level restaurant on Cardiff’s popular Mill Lane to Côte Brasserie.
FC Eddershaw & Sons and Hone & Jones are landlords of the block, with the unit previously occupied by the Kapu cocktail bar.
Côte has signed a 20-year lease for £120,000 rent per annum.
