Helical Bar has appointed Richard Cotton to its board.
Cotton is a former real estate equity analyst and subsequently head of UK real estate corporate finance with JP Morgan Cazenove. Later he was with Forum Partners since 2009.
He has sat on the board of Hansteen and was part of the advisory board for the corporate real estate business support unit at Lloyds Banking Group.
He is currently a non-executive director of Big Yellow, member of the commercial development advisory group at Transport for London and chairman of Centurion Properties.
