Grainger has announced the departure of non-executive director Ian Coull due to health reasons.
Coull, the former chief executive of SEGRO, held a number of non-executive roles in the property sector. Most recently he was chairman at developer Galliford Try and a board member of J Sainsbury.
Coull also held board positions with The Duchy of Lancaster and Pendragon.
