Greenwich Council is set to approve a mixed-use scheme providing 352 homes and 340 student beds on the Greenwich Peninsula, SE10.
The plans filed by Fairview New Homes comprise three buildings of eight, 18 and 26 storeys.
The scheme would be 35% affordable across both the homes and the student rooms, in accordance with local and London Plan policies, and include a nursery, light industrial space and self-storage.
The vacant site on Boord Street was previously used as the Evening Standard distribution centre. It is adjacent to Studio 338, a nightclub with a capacity for around 3,000 people.
The plans will be discussed at a Greenwich Council planning meeting on 17 September.
