The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has chosen Grainger to develop and manage two housing schemes on council land.
The homes in Hortensia Road and Young Street will comprise affordable and private properties for sale, and houses for private rent. The local authority will keep the freehold and receive some of the rental income. Grainger will manage the rental properties in a 125-year deal.
