City councillors are expected to approve a 13-storey residential complex in the centre of Nottingham, at a committee meeting tomorrow.
The £25m ‘apart-hotel’, to be developed by Flambards on the site of the former 10-storey postal sorting office in Huntingdon Street, will include around 300 apartments and flats, plus a 203-space car park, restaurants and bars.
Work on the scheme is scheduled to complete in 2003.
