Risland UK, a subsidiary of Chinese investor Country Garden, has appointed Knight Frank to market its £450m GDV Calico Wharf site in Poplar, E14.
More than 950 homes will be delivered on the 5.9-acre site, as well as commercial floorspace and residents’ amenities.
The scheme will be spread across several buildings ranging in heights of up to 23 storeys.
