China’s largest property group, Country Garden, has warned of a 70% decline in profit.
In a filing on Thursday, the developer said core profit was between about Rmb4.5bn and Rmb5bn ($634m and $736m) in the first six months of 2022, down from Rmb15.2bn a year earlier.
