Countryside Commercial and Parlison Properties are putting West Point, an office scheme at Almondsbury Park in north Bristol, on the market for just under £4m, reflecting a 9% yield.
The decision to sell follows two lettings at the 1,653 sq m (17,800 sq ft) development in the last month. IT systems and services provider Computacenter has taken 1,058 sq m (11,395 sq ft) Building No 1 on a 15 year lease at a rent of around (£161.46 per sq m £15 per sq ft). And Countryside’s own south western division has signed a 15 year lease on 598 sq m (6,446 sq ft) Building No 2 at £96,690 pa.
Holley Blake has been instructed to dispose of the investment. Alder King and Pope Waterfield were the letting agents, while Computacenter was unrepresented.
