Countryside, Sigma Capital and Gatehouse Bank have announced the signing of a second delivery agreement to deliver 900 private rental across Manchester and Liverpool.
Two- to four-bedroom houses will be provided over 10 sites ranging in size from 40 to 140 dwellings, including a further phase at Norris Green Village in Liverpool and a new development, Heyfields, at Walkden in Salford.
All the homes are expected to be completed by 2019.
This agreement follows an initial agreement in December 2014 that delivered of 927 rental homes. So far 374 homes have been completed, with the remainder anticipated by September 2016.
