The first occupier at Skyline 120, Countryside Properties’ new Employment Park near Stansted Airport, Essex, will be fashion distribution company Delamode.
Delamode, who currently has its facility at the Springwood Industrial Estate in Braintree will occupy a 80,000 sq ft freehold warehouse facility on 400,000 sq ft the site which lies at the junction of the new A120 dual carriageway and the A131, 15 minutes from Stansted Airport and the M11.
Construction of the unit is due to commence in September with completion in early 2006.
