Countryside Properties has been given planning permission for a residential scheme in Wiltshire Row, Hackney.
The scheme, in partnership with Hackney-based youth group the Crown and Manor Club, includes 84 new homes and a redevelopment of the youth club centre to include a new sports area, library and classrooms.
Robert Barton, associate director of development for Countryside Properties said: “We are looking forward to building a high quality scheme that will help regenerate the area and provide a new local centre for sporting and educational achievement.
“Countryside Properties is determined to provide a facility that would substantially benefit the community both with its new, improved youth club facilities and much-needed housing.”
CgMs advised Countryside Properties and the club was advised by Savills.
