Countryside Partnerships has been selected as a joint venture partner with Bristol City Council’s housing arm to develop 1,400 homes at Hengrove Park.
The development with Goram Homes will also transform part of the parkland into a 54-acre public park, including play areas, a sports pavilion, and a community space.
The scheme will provide 50% affordable housing, with construction work expected to start in 2024 once Reserved Matters planning permission is granted.
