Countryside Properties has named the finance boss of logistics company Wincanton as its new chief financial officer.
Tim Lawlor will join Countryside on 28 March next year. He has been CFO of Wincanton since 2015, before which he worked at companies including Serco and Sea Containers.
Lawlor replaces Mike Scott, who is moving to become CFO of Barratt Developments. Tom Wright will be Countryside’s interim CFO from 30 November until Lawlor steps into the role.
