Countryside Properties upgraded its forecasts after reporting a 39% rise in revenues and operating profit in the six months to the end of March.
Completions rose to 1,437, split between 987 for its partnerships division and 450 for its housebuilding division.
Chief executive Ian Sutcliffe said the company was in an excellent position going into the second half of the year, with its private forward order book at a record high.
