Developer Countryside Properties has unveiled fresh branding as it seeks to double in size in the next five years.
Countryside Properties will be known simply as “Countryside” and has adopted the motto “places people love”, as well as unveiling a new logo.
The group said the rebrand underscores the redefining of the business as it looks to increase its market share and command a premium for its products.
Countryside recently announced its merger with housebuilder Millgate Homes.
During 2013, Countryside completed 1,560 new homes and this year expects to complete more than 1,800. The business is creating more jobs, with 18% more staff employed now than 18 months ago.
Executive chairman Ian Sutcliffe said: “Countryside has long been synonymous with quality and integrity and for many years we have been at the forefront of our industry, delivering new ways to meet the demands of people’s changing lifestyles. From sustainable development to regeneration, we have been a formidable player, although in recent times not as widely understood as we would like. It is essential therefore that we put in place a clear vision and a strong brand to support our growth plan.”
