Countryside Properties has sold its Flexspace office block in Hackney, E5, for £2.2m.
The 15,950 sq ft building in Clapton was sold to a local special purpose vehicle.
The property forms parts of the final phase of the £112m regeneration of the former Lathams Timber yard site. Countryside secured planning consent in 2006 for the redevelopment of the site. The plans comprise 610 homes, shops and offices.
Mark Chatham, commercial marketing director for Countryside, said: “The sale of Flexspace brings to a close the successful redevelopment of old redundant industrial premises.”
