Countryside has published the price range for its planned flotation.
The range has been set at 225p-275p per share, representing a market capitalisation of £1.1bn at the mid-point.
The size of the offer is expected to result in a free float of between 30% and 50%.
The developer announced its intention to float on 14 January.
