Countryside is the latest major housebuilder to reveal plans to restart on construction, six weeks after pausing.
It is working to reopen around 80% of sites from 11 May.
The housebuilder said it has developed new procedures that incorporate social distancing, additional facilities and dedicated onsite compliance officers.
Countryside has boosted its access to liquidity, put in place a £300m programme under the Covid Corporate Financing Facility, and negotiated covenant revisions to its existing revolving credit facility.
Group chief executive Iain McPherson said: “Securing this additional liquidity gives us the confidence to plan proactively for the future.”
