Countrywide has bought The Letting Bureau in Colne, Lancashire.
The agency operates out of an office at 3 Primet Hill in Colne, managing and letting more than 200 properties throughout east Lancashire.
The Letting Bureau will rebrand as Entwistle Green from 9 May. All its employees will continue to work in their current roles.
Bruce Evans, Countrywide’s commercial director, said: “The Letting Bureau will add real value to the Entwistle Green brand.
“It has built a solid reputation in the local area and its focus on delivering a high-quality service will ensure that it continues to flourish.”
