Countrywide has moved in with its subsidiary Lambert Smith Hampton at UK House on Great Titchfield Street, W1.
It has signed a 10-year lease for 3,200 sq ft on the sixth floor at Flametree Properties’ West End building, paying close to £80 per sq ft.
The space will be used as surplus to Countrywide’s existing London offices. It sits under the 27,000 sq ft of offices occupied by LSH.
The deal comes around 15 months after it purchased the agency.
Monmouth Dean advised the landlord; LSH acted for the tenant.
